Installation Precautions

Consider this brass filter valve is our factory new design, we need put some attention to these:

1. In order to prolong the service life of the valve, the gate valve and the ball valve should be fully open and fully closed. It is not suitable to partially open for throttling use. Because when it is partially opened, the rolling medium will erode the sealing surface of the gate and the ball. When the medium has impurities, the eroding effect will be greater.

2. Try not to disassemble and install the valve during installation. If you need to disassemble and install, be sure to make a mark. Especially for gate valves, the direction of the gate after instillation should be the same as the direction before disassembly.

3. Valves for plumbing are not allowed to be used on pipelines that transport flammable gases and corrosive media
