Description

The manifold is a device used to connect the heating main water supply pipe and the return pipe in the floor heating system. It is divided into two parts: water separator and water collector. The water separator is a water distribution device used to connect the water supply pipes of various heating pipes in the water system. The water collector is a water collection device used to connect the return pipes of various heating pipes in the water system.

The sub-catchment consists of a water distribution main pipe and a water collection main pipe. The water distribution main pipe is connected to the water supply pipe of the pipe network system. Its main function is to distribute the hot water from the pipe network system to the indoor needs through the floor heating pipes buried under the floor. Floor heating in each room. When the hot water flows in the floor heating pipe, it transfers heat to the floor, and then radiates heat through the floor to the room.

Installation

1. The distributor is installed in the wall and special box, and the house is generally installed in the kitchen room;

2. The valve below the water collector should be installed horizontally at a distance of more than 30 cm from the floor;

3. The water supply valve is installed in front of the water separator, and the return valve is installed behind the water collector;

4. The filter is installed in front of the water separator;

5. Distributor connection sequence: connected to the water supply main pipe-lock valve-filter-ball valve-three-way (temperature, pressure gauge, interface)-water separator (upper bar)-geothermal pipe-water collector (lower bar )—Ball valve—connected to the return water main.

The floor heating water separator is mainly composed of a water distribution main pipe and a water collection main pipe. The water distribution main pipe is connected to the water supply pipe of the pipe network system. Its main function is to pass the hot water from the pipe network system through the sub-collector buried under the floor. Floor heating pipes are distributed to the rooms that need floor heating. The floor heating water separator is the control center of the entire indoor geothermal heating, and the realization and extension of almost all equipment and device functions in the floor heating system depend on the water separator. In actual use, when the heat medium flows into the room, it passes through the multifunctional filter and enters the main bar of the water divider. In this step, the filter filters out the impurities in the heat medium to prevent the impurities from entering the underground pipe network and blocking the pipeline.
