Pipe System

PE-Xc（scientific name:radiant cross-linked polyethylene pipe）is a pipe fitting of high polymer material，which is made of HDPE and other auxiliary raw materials（such as anti-oxygen）.Pipe（non-cross linked）is extruded out of plastic extrude，then the non-cross linked pipe extruded is placed on the radiation appliance（electron accelerator or Co-60 irradiation station）for radiation cross-linking with high-energy ray（electron beam or y ray irradiation）；PE pipe produced via such method is called radiant cross linked polyethylene pipe（PE-Xc pipe）.

Application

◎The radiation cross-linking does not need chemical cross-linking agent, so the product has high chemical purity and good hygienic performance;

◎The pe-xc pipe adopts post cross-linking process, and the extrusion adopts general extrusion equipment, so the appearance quality of the pipe is easier to control;

◎The radiation cross-linking process is a solid-state cross-linking or post cross-linking process. The degree of radiation cross-linking is controlled by radiation dose.

◎The uniformity of cross-linking is determined by the uniformity of radiation, and the uniformity of radiation is controlled by computer, so its cross-linking uniformity is very good;
