In addition, the molding temperature of the resin is very close to the thermal decomposition temperature, and the temperature range that can be molded is very narrow, making it a difficult-to-mold material.

Performance

With the development and improvement of additives and formulation technology, UPVC is not only used in pipe fittings and pipes for water supply and drainage, but also the molecular structure and performance of PVC, the diversity of additives, and the increasingly perfect formulation technology. UPVC has excellent properties that other polymer materials cannot compare with, mainly in the following aspects.

1.Processing stability, adding tin stabilizers to UPVC modified production, not only is environmentally friendly and harmless, but also enhances its thermal stability And dimensional stability.

2. Weather resistance refers to the ability of plastics to withstand various climates. These include visible and ultraviolet light, moisture, temperature, atmospheric chlorination, and chemicals encountered during product use. The most important weather resistance includes colorfastness, chalking resistance and durability of physical properties. The weather resistance of modified UPVC has been comparable to ASA, and it has better physical and chemical properties. As we all know, among all polymer materials, ASA is known for its excellent weather resistance. UPVC can completely replace ASA in terms of weather resistance.

3. Flame retardant properties. UPVC itself has good flame retardant properties. The oxygen index is above 27, and the oxygen index of UPVC after special modification can reach or even exceed 42, which is unmatched by other general-purpose plastics.

4. Diversity of performance, adding different performance additives to UPVC, UPVC will show different performance. This makes UPVC present diversity. Makes its use more extensive. Make it one of the largest plastic products in the world.
