Description

The union are used for threaded pipes. The union is a common pipe connector that can be easily installed and disassembled. Nut, cloud head, and flat joint are the three parts of the union. The upvc union plays a role in flexible disassembly and assembly. The pipes and fittings on both sides are installed. If a pipe or valve is added in the middle, the flexible joint must be used for installation. When disassembling the valve, the flexible joint must be opened before the valve can be removed.

Tips:

Precautions for the application of pvc pipes, when installing threaded joints, do not exceed the tightening torque to prevent damage, and do not use fluids other than the applicable fluid to prevent damage. Generally in home decoration, it plays a very important role in drainage pipes. requires attention:

1. If construction is not carried out for a short time, in order to prevent long-term sunlight irradiating the tube body and causing the tube body to age, the tube body should be covered with a shading net in time.

2. After the pipeline is installed, pay special attention to the covering of the nozzle to prevent small animals from entering the pipeline and affecting the pressure on the pipeline and normal water flow in the future.

3. Before the pipeline pressure test, the exhaust valve should be installed at the beginning, end and highest point of the pipeline, and the pressure test length should be 500m. When testing the pressure, increase the pressure slowly and continue to vent. When the required hydrostatic pressure is reached, the pressure must be kept at rest for 1 hour, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure.
