IFANPLUS PPR Pipe PN20 is thicker than normal PPR plastic pipe, whose size do into 160mm. One day our factory can provide about 1x40ft container pipes.

PPR Pipe PN20 connection attentions

The connection method of PPR pipe mainly adopts the hot-melt connection method. The pipe and the fitting can only be hot-melted once. Therefore, the oil, impurities and burrs on the surface of the pipe and the joint should be carefully cleaned before the pipe is hot-melted.

1. The connection of PPR pipe PN20 and pipe fittings should be connected by hot melt. Direct threading on pipes and pipe fittings is not allowed. Flange connection can be used when connecting with metal pipes, and pipe fittings with fasteners should be used when connecting with water heaters.

2. Use professional scissors to cut the pipe vertically to ensure that the cut is smooth and free of burrs.

3. Mark the welding depth on the pipe with a pencil

4. After heating, take out the pipes and fittings and connect them immediately. If the connection position is wrong, you can adjust it slightly within a certain range.

5. After the connection is completed, the pipes and fittings must be held tightly with both hands to maintain sufficient cooling time.
