What is PPR stabi pipe?

PPR stabi pipe is the PPR tube and the alloy aluminum layer are made by means of polymer binder. It combines the advantages of ppr and metal tube, including ppr hygiene,  corrosion resistance, sealing property and rigidity of metal tube. It widely used for plumbing systems, homing radiator, central air conditioning, and so on.

PPR plastic aluminum steady-state composite pipe is a new type of high performance water delivery pipe produced according to CJ/T 210-2005 pipe material, which  conforms to GB/T17219 health standard and relevant health safety evaluation regulations of the National Ministry of Health. The pipe consists of PPR inner layer, adhesive  layer, aluminum layer and PPR outer layer. PPR plastic-aluminum steady-state composite pipe combine with innovative pipe design which make it better in the performance of hot water transportation. The product  not only has small thermal expansion coefficient, non-percolate oxygen, light resistance and other characteristics of the aluminum-plastic composite pipe , but also retains  the excellent heat resistance of ppr pipe and the simple and economical hot-melt socket connection way, the pipe fitting is strong

Non-oxygenation/Non-transparent/Anti-corrosion/Restrain algae growth 

 A layer of aluminum alloy is coated on the outer layer of the PPR pipe,not only to insulate the external air and oxygen, but prevent the metal parts of the  heating and central air conditioning pipe system from chlorination corrosion. Meanwhile the pipe wall is not transparent, which can restrain algae growth.

UV resistant/Scratch resistant/Long service life 

The aluminum layer in plastic aluminum stabilizer tube can effectively block ultraviolet rays and prevent the inner tube material from aging to keep long  service life. At the same time, it can protect the inner tube during construction, prevent scratches, and adapt to complex construction environment.
