Working Principle

The float always floats on the water, and when the water surface rises, the float also rises. When the drift rises, the connecting rod also rises. When the water level drops, the float also drops, and the connecting rod drives the piston pad to open.

The float valve adjusts the liquid supply by controlling the liquid level. The flooded evaporator requires the liquid level to be maintained at a certain height, and it is generally suitable to use a float expansion valve. The working principle of the floating ball valve is to control the opening or closing of a valve by relying on the floating ball in the floating ball chamber to be lowered and raised by the action of the liquid level. The floating ball chamber is placed on one side of the flooded evaporator, and the upper and lower balance pipes communicate with the evaporator, so the liquid level of the two is the same. When the liquid level in the evaporator drops, the liquid level in the float chamber also drops, so the float drops, relying on leverage to increase the valve opening and increase the liquid supply. vice versa.
