Principle

Bathtub mixer faucet, Under normal circumstances, the bottom of the ceramic valve core consists of three holes, of which two holes are used for cold water in and out, the other is used for hot water in and out, and the remaining one is used for water out of the valve core. The spool of the faucet has sealing rings for the cold and hot holes to ensure that it is in a sealed state with the main body. After the cold and hot water inlet pipes are connected to the main body, ensure that the hot water pipe and the cold water pipe correspond to the two holes of the spool one by one. . The valve core mainly controls the opening and closing state of the two holes, and when it is activated to the water outlet position of the handle, the corresponding water will come out.

Installation

1. washers, showers and decorative caps. 

2. Before installing the bathtub faucet, we need to flush the water pipe with water to prevent unnecessary damage to the faucet. In addition, we also need to check whether the parts in the box are clean and free of impurities. The ceramic valve gate is blocked or worn during installation. 

3. When taking over the pipes, do not connect the hot and cold water tanks wrongly, connect hot water to the left and cold water to the right, and leave a distance of 100mm-200mm between the two pipes, and wait for the water connection head. After the position is fixed, remove the faucet first, so as to protect the faucet from damage. 

4. Then you need to buy a matching angle valve, and fix the angle valve with the hot and cold water pipes. If you find any problems, you should replace them in time, otherwise it will cause unnecessary trouble in the future. 

5. When buying a concealed faucet, the valve core of the faucet is generally buried in the wall, but the plastic protective film of the valve core must not be easily removed to prevent the valve core from being damaged. Finally, install the faucet and debug to see if water can flow, and whether the flow of cold and hot water is correct.
