Hot-melt ball valve refers to the ball valve connected with PPR/PE and other plastic pipes and adopts hot-melt connection. Ordinary ball valves generally adopt threaded connection or flange connection.
Hot-melt connection has the advantages of simple connection, long service life, and not easy to corrode.
The ppr tube can only be connected by hot melt. There is a double union copper ball valve with dedicated connection to the PPR pipe, the middle is a full copper ball valve, and both sides are with PPR union pieces.
The ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It only needs to rotate 90 degrees and a small torque can be closed tightly. The ball valve is most suitable for use as a switch and shut-off valve.
