1. Fix the fusion splicer and install the heating end, place the fusion splicer on the rack, install the corresponding heating die head according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten it with the hexagon socket, which is generally small at the front end.
2. Power on
Turn on the power supply (note that the power supply must have a grounding protection wire), the green indicator light is on, and the red indicator light is off, indicating that the fusion splicer has entered the automatic control state and can start to operate. Note|: In the state of automatic temperature control, the red and green lights will light up alternately, which means that the fusion splicer is in a controlled state and does not affect the operation.
3. Welding pipe
Cut the pipe vertically with a pipe cutter, push the pipe and pipe fittings into the die head of the fusion splicer without rotation at the same time, and operate according to the requirements in the table below. After the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipe material and pipe fittings from the die head at the same time without rotation. Insert the ground straight and evenly to the required depth, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint.
