First cut the tube with PPR tube scissors. When cutting, the section of the pipe should be cut as flat as possible without burrs and burrs. The connecting end surface of the pipe and pipe fittings must be clean, dry and pollution-free, otherwise it will affect the welding effect. And mark the welding depth line on the pipe welding interface
The melting point of PPR is 260°C, so heat the fuser to 260°C. After the indicator light is on, push the pipe and fittings into the die at the same time to heat. Note: Here you must grasp the time scale, heating is too short, and the heating is insufficient: heating for too long will cause the pipe to collapse. The pipe fittings are taken out from the fusion splicer and inserted in place quickly, smoothly and without rotation. Note: If the connection time is too long, the connection strength will be insufficient or the connection will not be in place. Cool down for a while after welding. Note: Before cooling sufficiently, avoid torsion, bending and tension.
For pipes with an outer diameter of 25-110mm, use a chamferer to chamfer the pipe port by 15° to half of the original pipe wall thickness; for pipes with a diameter of 40mm or more, a flat and vertical pipe welding machine must be used; Wipe the heating jacket and heating head with a dry cloth or dry paper. Do not use detergent.
