Green PPR pipe fittings are also called three-type polypropylene pipe fittings, which are made of random copolymerized polypropylene through extrusion to become pipes, and injection molding to become pipe fittings. It is a new type of plastic pipe product developed and applied in Europe in the early 1990s. In the late 1980s, PPR used a gas phase copolymerization process to make about 5% of PE randomly and uniformly polymerize (random copolymerization) in the molecular chain of PP to become a new generation of pipeline materials. It has good impact resistance and long-term creep properties.

In addition to the characteristics of general plastic pipes, such as light weight, corrosion resistance, no scaling, and long service life, green PPR pipe fittings also have the following main characteristics:

1. Non-toxic and hygienic. The raw material molecules of PPR are only carbon and hydrogen elements, and there are no harmful and toxic elements. It is hygienic and reliable. It is not only used in hot and cold water pipes, but also in pure drinking water systems.

2. Heat preservation and energy saving. The thermal conductivity of PPR pipe is 0.21w/mk, which is only 1/200 of that of steel pipe.

3. Good heat resistance. The Vicat softening point of the PPR tube is 131.5°C. The maximum working temperature can reach 95℃, which can meet the requirements of the hot water system in the building water supply and drainage code.

4. Long service life. Under the condition of working temperature of 70℃ and working pressure (P.N) of 1.0MPa, the service life of PPR pipe can reach more than long-term durability according to standards; at normal temperature (20℃), the service life can reach more than 100 years.

5. Easy installation and reliable connection. PPR has good welding performance, pipes and fittings can be connected by hot melt and electrofusion, easy installation, reliable joints, and the strength of the connection part is greater than the strength of the pipe itself.

6. Materials can be recycled. The PPR waste is cleaned and crushed and then recycled for the production of pipes and fittings. Recycled material

The dosage does not exceed 10% of the total amount and does not affect product quality.
