1. The acceptance of water pipes after entering the site. After the water pipe materials enter the site, the first step is to check and accept the water pipes to see if the specifications and length of the water pipes are enough.
2. The left is hot and the right is cold, and the distance between the hot and cold water pipes is not less than 30mm. First of all, when grooving, the distance between the two must be determined.
3. The distance between the two points of the metal pipe clamp is not less than 800mm. The role of the metal pipe clamp is to fix the water pipe. After determining the position of the metal pipe clamp (mark with a pencil), we then use an electric hammer to drill the eye. Then nail the wooden wedges in the holes, and nail the screws of the metal pipe clamps. At the same time, be careful not to loosen them.
4. For the hot melt of the water pipe, the temperature should be controlled at 260 degrees, and the pipe must be quickly taken over 5-7 seconds after the hot melt. If the residence time is too long, the two may not be in contact. At the same time, it should be noted that it must be inserted in parallel and not rotated.
5. The nozzle of the water pipe must be screwed firmly. Do not appear to be loose. In addition, the installation position of the valve should also be level, so that later maintenance is also convenient.
6. Pressure measurement of water pipes. Block all the water pipe ports, then the pressure test pump starts to test the pressure, measuring 8-10mpa, wait for 30 minutes to look at the pressure gauge, it is normal for the water pressure to drop by 0.05mpa, otherwise the pipe may have quality problems or some The local interface is not tightly integrated.
7. Winding of raw material tape. The plug wire was wrapped with a raw material tape, and then the installation of the basic water pipe was almost finished, and then the cement mortar was filled.
8. Final acceptance. The water pipe should be horizontal and vertical. This is not a circuit. At the time of acceptance, check whether the spacing between the hot and cold water pipes meets the standard and whether there is any leakage.
