1. Before construction, check whether the two ends of each pipe are damaged to prevent damage to the pipe during transportation. If there is damage or uncertainty, the port should be minus 4-5cm when installing the pipe, and a hammer should not be used. Or hit the water pipe with heavy objects to prevent the pipe from bursting and increase the service life relatively.
2. When cutting PPR pipes, the end surface must be perpendicular to the pipe axis, and special pipe cutters should be used for pipe cutting.
3. When heating: without rotating the pipe end into the heating die sleeve, insert it to the marked depth, and at the same time, pushing the pipe to the heating die without rotating to reach the specified mark.
4. After the heating time is reached, immediately remove the PPR pipe fittings from the heating mold at the same time, and insert them straight and evenly to the depth of the hot melt quickly without rotation, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint, and the insertion should be controlled.
