1. The test pressure of the cold water pipe shall be 1.5 times of the design pressure of the cold water pipe system, but shall not be less than 0.9MPa.
2. The test pressure of the hot water pipe shall be 2.0 times of the design pressure of the hot water pipe system, but shall not be less than 1.2MPa.
3. The pipeline hydraulic test shall meet the following requirements:
1. The pressure test can only be carried out after the pipeline is installed and the visual inspection is qualified;
2. For hot-melt connection pipes, the water pressure test should be carried out 24 hours after connection;
3. The pressure test medium is clean water at room temperature. When the piping system is large, it can be layered and partitioned.
4. The test pressure shall be in accordance with the regulations for cold water pipes and hot water pipes, and shall comply with:
(1) Strength test (test time is 1 hour):
◆The pressure gauge should be installed at the lowest point of the piping system, and the booster pump should be installed near the pressure gauge;
◆The pipeline should be filled with clean water, and the air in the pipeline should be completely drained;
◆ Increase the pressure to the test pressure with a pressurizing pump, and then re-pressurize to the test pressure every 10 minutes, repeat twice;
◆Record the last pump pressure 10 minutes and 40 minutes after the pressure, their pressure difference should not be greater than 0.06MPa.
(2) Tightness test (test time 2 hours)
◆The test should be carried out immediately after the strength test is qualified;
◆Record the pressure after passing the strength test for 2 hours. The pressure drop should not exceed 0.02MPa at the end of the strength test.
5. The pressure test of pipelines buried in the ground plane layer and the wall body should be carried out before the surface layer is poured or plugged. After the pressure test requirements are met, the civil works can continue construction. For large-scale projects, pipeline pressure testing can be carried out in stages according to the construction progress.
6. When performing pressure test in winter in cold areas, effective anti-freezing measures should be taken, and water should be drained in time after the test is completed.
