Installation 1: Route planning
Before installing the water pipe, it is necessary to make an overall design and plan for the direction of the water pipe. The distance between the heat source and the water outlet, the interface layout of each equipment used, and whether the line walks on the roof or walks on the wall must be planned well. It is best to keep a diagram of the water and electricity lines for reference in future repairs and renovations.
Installation 2: Slotting
The wall pipe needs to be grooved, and the distance between the hot and cold water pipes must be considered, whether it will be connected with the strong current line, and the depth of the groove must be greater than the diameter of the pipe by more than 5mm.
Installation 3: Hot-melt connection
The hot-melt connection must pay attention to the control of time and gestures. Before heating, the pipe interface that needs to be connected must be cleaned to ensure that there is no stain. The hot-melt connection should be straight to avoid the wrong time or gestures caused by the hot-melt time. The connection is not strong or the pipe is deformed.
Installation 4: Pipe details
If the water pipes are crossed, a bridge must be used. Two straight pipes must not be crossed directly. The joints of the water equipment must be kept at a reasonable distance, especially the distance between the shower faucet must be controlled at 15CM, and the joint height of the sink and basin must be controlled. Around 45CM. Avoid using too many joints to connect water pipes in order to save material, which will increase the risk of water seepage.
Installation five: fixed line pipe
After the line pipes are arranged, special pipe clamps must be used to fix the water pipes, and the spacing should not exceed 80cm. If it is at the elbow, make sure to fix it 15cm away from the elbow.
Installation six: pressure test
The closed pipeline is tested by using a pressure machine to inject water into the water pipe. The pressure test of the water pipe uses a pressure pump to apply a pressure of ≥0.9Mpa to the cold water pipe (the hot water pipe is ≥1.2Mpa), the test time is more than 30 minutes, all pipes and valves , The joints should be free of water seepage or water leakage, and the pressure drop does not exceed 0.05MP as qualified.
