Installation

1. The hot melt machine needs to be plugged into the power source. The hot melt machine has two indicator lights, red and green. The welding can be carried out when the red light is on.

2. Use PPR special scissors to cut the PPR pipe to a good size. The end face of the PPR pipe must be perpendicular to the pipe axis when cutting the PPR pipe.

3. Quickly wipe the stains on the PPR pipe with a towel to ensure that the pipe is free of water stains.

4. Introduce the pipe end into the heating die cover without rotation, and insert it to the marked depth. At the same time, push the pipe fitting to the heating die without rotation until it reaches the specified mark.

5. After the heating time is reached, immediately remove the PPR pipe fittings from the heating mold at the same time, and insert them straight and evenly to the depth of the hot melt quickly and without rotation, so that a uniform flange is formed at the joint.
