Function

The PPR Manifold plays a role of splitting.

Structure

Generally, the manifold is mainly composed of three parts: the manifold, the collector and the fixed bracket. The function of the water separator is to separate the hot water from the heat source into the pipes laid by the ground radiant heating of each road, so as to realize the purpose of heating and adjusting the temperature of the room. The water collector collects the low-temperature water in each channel after separate heat dissipation, and fixes it to the wall or the ground.

Application

1. In the underfloor heating system, the manifold manages a number of branch pipelines, and is equipped with exhaust valves, automatic thermostatic valves, etc., which are generally made of copper. The caliber is small, between DN25-DN40. There are more imported products.

2. In the air-conditioning water system, or other industrial water systems, several branch pipelines are also managed, including the backwater branch and the water supply branch, but the larger ones are DN350-DN1500, and they are made of steel plates. Professional manufacturing companies for pressure vessels need to install pressure gauges, thermometers, automatic exhaust valves, safety valves, vent valves, etc. A pressure regulating valve must be installed between the two containers, and an automatic bypass pipeline is required.

3. Tap water supply system, the use of water separator effectively avoids loopholes in tap water management, centralized installation and management of water meters, and the use of single pipe multiple channels reduces the cost of pipe procurement, and greatly reduces the construction time and improves Efficiency. The tap water dispenser is directly connected to the aluminum-plastic main pipeline through a reducing diameter, and the water meters are installed in the water meter pool (water meter room) to achieve one meter per household, outdoor installation and outdoor viewing. Currently, household meter reforms across the country are underway on a large scale.
