Production process  

1. Selection of raw materials: When making HDPE pipes, it is necessary to select suitable granular materials, such as unclassified granular materials, which may easily cause the inner wall of the pipe to be uneven and easy to block.

2. Extrusion molding: The selected material is pressed into an extrusion machine based on a steel template, and then extruded into pipes of different shapes and sizes through a mold.

3. Sizing and cutting: Put the extruded pipe into the sizing machine, cut the long pipe into pipes of different specifications, and check the degree.

4. Multi-layer co-extrusion: When connecting water, heat and heating pipes, multi-layer co-extrusion is required to improve the pressure resistance and carrying capacity of the pipes.

5. Connection method: The connection method of HDPE pipe is divided into welding, electric fusion, mechanical connection and other methods, and different connection methods are selected according to the needs of the pipeline.

Installation and connection of HDPE pipes

1. Electrothermal fusion connection: Electrothermal fusion is a method in which the ends of the HDPE pipe sections to be connected are heated to a specific temperature, and the two ends are crimped together.

2. Mechanical connection: The mechanical connection is to generate HDPE pipes that need to be connected, insert all the pipe parts that need to be connected, and clamp the buckle or ferrule on the outside.

3. Heat-shrinkable connection: Heat-shrinkable connection is a way to put a heat-shrinkable sleeve on the end of the pipe to be connected, and then use fire to wear the sleeve to shrink the heat to complete the connection.

4. Threaded connection: Threaded connection requires that the connected pipes need to have a flat outer surface, and the threaded connection can only be performed after the outer surface is processed.

5. Socket connection: Socket connection is a method in which a pipe with an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter is first inserted into the pipe to be connected, and then the two pipes are fixed together through a sealing sleeve.
