Structure and composition

Inner tube: PVC, EPDM and other materials are often used. The inner tube of the braided tube is mainly made of nitrite butane rubber and PVC;  

Outer layer: woven with 304 stainless steel wire, or brass material  

Nut and inner core: made of HPb59 high-quality brass by stamping, machining and other processes, and the surface of the nut is chrome-plated;    

Connection sleeve: made of HPb62～HPb65 copper sheet, the surface is chrome-plated;    

Gasket: Use a gasket with a flat thickness

Poly tetra fluorine ethylene (PTFE) characteristics:

1. Insulation: used as electrical insulating parts, sealing parts and anti-sticking materials

2. Operating temperature: -180C9 to +2 50°C.

3. Self-lubricating: It has the smallest coefficient of friction in plastics and is an ideal oil-free lubricating material.

4. Non-combustibility: The oxygen limit index is below 90.

5. Chemical resistance and weather resistance: Except for molten alkali metals, PTFE is hardly corroded by any chemical reagents

6. PTFE is abnormally smooth and has a very low coefficient of friction for all known solid materials.
