(2) The stress of PE-RT pipe in the bending part of the pipe can be relaxed quickly, and there will be no "rebound" phenomenon; while PE-X has poor toughness and will generate a lot of stress in the bending part, which is difficult to avoid due to stress concentration. (3) PE-RT pipe has a low brittle temperature and good low-temperature resistance. Therefore, it can also be constructed in the case of low temperature in winter, and there is no need to preheat when the pipe is bent. This not only solves the problem that the temperature in the north is too low in winter. Construction problems, and the bending radius can be as small as 5 times the pipe diameter; and if PE-X does not take preheating and insulation measures, the construction is very difficult.
(4) PE-RT pipes can be hot-melt connected to form a completely closed anti-seepage system, which can be buried in the ground.
If the laid pipe is damaged due to construction, it can be repaired with pipe fittings to avoid the waste of the entire pipe; while PE-X pipes can only be mechanically connected with metal pipe fittings and cannot be buried in the ground.
