Ceramic valve core
The ceramic valve core includes a valve core shell installed in the faucet. A rotating core is inserted into the valve core shell. The lower end of the rotating core is clamped on the moving valve plate through a shift fork. The moving valve plate and the static valve plate are attached to each other, and the static valve plate It is fixedly installed in the valve core shell, and under the static valve plate is also installed a pressing plate and a sealing gasket. The static valve plate is provided with two opposite water inlet through holes, and the movable valve plate is opened with the water inlet through hole. Corresponding water outlet through holes, the rotor core is provided with through holes consistent with the direction of its central axis.
When the rotating core is rotated, the shift fork at the lower end of the rotating core drives the moving valve plate to rotate, so that the water outlet through holes on the moving valve plate and the water inlet through holes on the static valve plate correspond to each other, and finally water flows out from the through holes on the rotor core. This design is widely used at the outlet of the faucet.
Relevant studies have shown that the ceramic valve core can still be operated smoothly and effortlessly after undergoing more than 500,000 to 1 million switching operations, and can be used for a long time. The ceramic valve core is resistant to aging, abrasion, and maintenance, which ensures the stability of operation and saves maintenance costs and labor intensity. At the same time, aging resistance and wear resistance also make the service life of ceramic valve cores far exceed the service life of other valve cores. The high tensile strength, resistance to deformation, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, wear resistance, and non-corrosion characteristics of ceramic materials determine the excellent sealing performance of ceramic materials. The ceramic valve core makes the faucet not easy to leak water droplets, and also achieves the purpose of environmental protection and water saving.
