Before the pressure test of the water pipe, safe and effective fixing and protection measures should be taken for the pipe, but the joints are exposed.
In the hydraulic test, the end of the pipeline should be plugged first, and water should be injected slowly while removing the gas in the pipeline; after it is filled with water, perform a water tightness check; the pressure should be increased slowly with a manual pump, and the pressure rise time should not be less than 10 minutes; Test pressure, stop pressurizing, stabilize the pressure for 1 hour, and observe whether there is water leakage at the joints; stabilize the pressure for one hour, make up the pressure to the test pressure value, and the pressure does not drop within 15 minutes, and 0.05Mpa is qualified.
