Working principle

This series of manual pressure test pumps are composed of a pump body, a plunger, a sealing ring, a control valve, a pressure gauge, a water tank, etc. The working principles are summarized separately: when the plunger is lifted by the handle, a vacuum is generated in the pump body and the water inlet valve is opened. The clean water enters the pump body through the water inlet filter and the water inlet pipe. When the handle is pressed down, the inlet valve is closed, and the outlet valve opens to output pressure water and enter the device under test. Work reciprocatingly in this way to achieve the rated pressure test

Use

1. Before using the pressure test pump, check whether the connection of each part is tightened, whether the pressure gauge is normal, and whether the inlet and outlet pipes are installed properly. The working medium of the pump is 5~50°C water, emulsion or oil with a kinematic viscosity <45mm2/s Device. It is forbidden to use unclean water with silt and other pollutants.

2. In order to improve the pressure test efficiency, the container or equipment under test can be filled with water first, and then the outlet pipe of the pressure test pump can be connected.

3. During the pressure test, if you find that there is a lot of air in the water, you can open the water valve to let the air out.

4. If any slight water mixing is found during the pressure test, the work should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair. It is strictly forbidden to continue to increase the pressure in the case of water mixing.

5. After the pressure test is completed, first loosen and open the water valve to reduce the pressure to avoid damage to the pressure gauge.

6. When the pressure test pump is not in use, drain the water in the pump and suck in a small amount of oil to prevent corrosion.
