1. The pipeline that may be frozen should be insulated to avoid long-term ultraviolet radiation to prevent rapid aging. Use anti-ultraviolet black pipes or take other protective measures (wearing an insulated pipe can kill two birds with one stone).
2. Because the outlet water temperature of some gas water heaters may be overheated, metal hoses should be used for intermediate transition, and then pipes should be connected.
3. After installation, a water pressure test should be carried out in accordance with relevant construction specifications to prevent water seepage and leakage due to improper installation.
4. PP-R pipe: The cold water pipe test pressure should be 1.5 times the design pressure of the cold water pipe system, not less than 0.9MPa, and the hot water pipe test pressure should be 2.0 times the design pressure of the hot water pipe system, and no less than 1.2MPa .
